When contacting an Admin / Moderator
These guidelines are to be followed should you wish for a swift response to your inquiry / complaint.
Subject Header
E-mails must include [Theninja-rpg] or similar terms in the subject header, so that we may forward the e-mail to the appropriate folders.
E-mails without a subject header will be deleted on sight by automated spam filters without notification or reply
Describe your problem clearly, and in detail:
This goes for PM's and E-mails and includes using valid and readable english, avoid using vague terms like “the glitch”, without previously explaining them. We are not clairvoyant, nor can we read minds over such long distances.
E-mails / PM's written entirely in slang, l33t, or any obscure form of raped English will be deleted on sight, without notification or reply.
Avoid sending the same e-mail twice:
We don’t have automated replies, so it may take up to several hours, and in some cases even days before we get around to reading your e-mail.
If possible, avoid sending the same e-mail to the entire staff:
If all of us get the same e-mail, you’re wasting the time of those of us that get to read it and respond the last. So E-mail only one admin at a time. Should the need arise the e-mail will be communicated internally.
Always include your account name in e-mails:
We cant do anything without it, it’s just that simple.
When replying to a previous mail:
Press the reply button, leaving the text of the e-mail you’re responding to intact, this way, we know what you are replying to. And don’t have to dig through our e-mails to find out.
When replying to a PM:
Always be
Clear even in replies, we get literally TONS of PM's and do need to press the delete all button more than once a day. As such the original PM might not be at our disposal when we read your reply. So avoid fragmented messages that make no sense on their own.
