The previous manual entry stated this feature would eventually be released
Since Terr is closing in on the final release, we can safely assume these features will not be added.
this isn't much of a problem since no "unique" or "hard to get" items exist inside the game anyway. So there is no need for this feature. However only giving Money via Bank (Genin) is available.
