The Bingo Book

In the series "Naruto" The Bingo Book is a listing of wanted Criminals that have a set Bounty for their heads. A bounty is a reward for killing a criminal listed. The bounty in the Bingo Book is the money you get for eliminating the target. Bounty Hunters are people who go out and hunt down these people also known as Hunter-Nin to some. Bingo Book Bounties are based on people's Negative Reputation in that village, listed from highest bounty to lowest bounty.

Player's can also feel free to raise the bounty so it becomes more aware of and more Bounty Hunters will target them. The Bingo book keeps track of the Bounty, the Public Profile and their current location. When you kill the target the bounty drops down to -1 and they still remain plus some little extra pocket cash and can only be ridden if they do diplomacy in the village. Bounty Hunter is available at Chuunin.

The player's bounty in a village, is equivalent to their negative reputation. Meaning 10,000 ryo on their head, is 10,000 negative reputation that player has.

Player's lose reputation in a village through serious crimes, killing villager's from that village. Bounties can only be raised if and only if they have a bounty already. The only way players can rid of the bounty is being killed or doing diplomacy.
