The Ninja RPG Core 1 Manual

Outlaw (Missing-Nin/Syndicate)

An outlaw or missing-nin is a ninja who has abandon their village in search of riches and crime, thus becoming a member of the Syndicate (No Diplomacy required of any sort required). Outlaw is available at Chuunin by leaving the village (Leave Village on Profile) or committing serious crimes to get kicked out or killing enough fellow villagers to lose reputation in your village (-100 for each villager).

WARNING!IF YOU LEAVE YOUR VILLAGE WHILE LEARNING A SPECIAL JUTSU, YOU WILL PERMANENTLY LOSE THAT REGENERATION POINT

An outlaw has many advantages and disadvantages compared to a normal villager. An outlaw becomes a member of Syndicate, an organization to set Terror upon villages. An outlaw's village (Syndicate) is the entire Map. They are harder to track down since they could be in 345 places (23*15=345). As for villagers they could obviously be in their village most likely, thus meaning they have no village or area to stay at. This allows outlaws to do what only Villagers can do in their village, anywhere on the map. That means Rumors (Outlaw Tavern), Village CP, Crimes(Missions), Bank, and Itemshop are accessible anywhere. However you can still encounter AI on the map.

Also note that Lower Outlaw= Chuunin, Higher Outlaw= Jounin, Special Outlaw = Special Jounin. There are no differences in training, ranking up, experience needed, Regen at Ranking, and such. Also Lower Outlaws get a +6 Regen Camp, Higher Outlaws +8 Regen Camp, and Special Outlaws +10 Regen Camp. Remember to sell your homes before becoming one as you will NOT get it back until you become a normal villager. Outlaws CAN NOT form their own village as well.

Anything not included here (Pop points, Reputation Points, Jutsus, weapon, clans, etc), STILL REMAIN THE SAME.

Robbing Users

Believe it or not robbing someone does not solely rely on "luck" there are actual things that come into effect when robbing someone. To better understand this I have put together a "formula" which pretty much means your stats get added up and they go against the stats of your opponent.

The formula for succesfully robbing another player.

Outlaw Points = Outlaw[taijutsu_strength] + Outlaw['ninjutsu_strength'] + Outlaw['genjutsu_strength'] + Outlaw['weapon_strength'] + Outlaw['speed'] + Outlaw[taijutsu_defence] + Outlaw['ninjutsu_defence'] + Outlaw['genjutsu_defence'] + Outlaw['weapon_defence'] + Outlaw['intelligence'] + Outlaw['strength'] + Outlaw['willpower']

User Points = User [taijutsu_strength] + User ['ninjutsu_strength'] + User ['genjutsu_strength'] + User ['weapon_strength'] + User ['speed'] + User [taijutsu_defence] + User ['ninjutsu_defence'] + User ['genjutsu_defence'] + User ['weapon_defence'] + User ['intelligence'] + User ['strength'] + User ['willpower']

If Outlaw Points are over User Points x 2, then the robbery is successful.
Hopefully this will clear up the confusion of whether or not you CAN or CANNOT rob another person. ONLY Chuunin and up can be robbed.
