Clans can only be created by Level 30 Special Jounins. The clan leader can then choose 6 co-leaders. The clan leader and his/her co-leaders then have the ability to invite other users to join their clan. The Clan-CP allows the clan leader to upload a clan banner no bigger than 400px by 80px. He or she is also able to remove the clan at anytime as well. Clan points are given when a clan member kills another clan's member.
