Special Jutsus take 3 hours to train and you lose one regeneration rate for the next three hours. Jutsus cost 90 chakra and stamina to train as well. The first level should be free as I have noticed.

When I mean Ryo Per Level, I mean each level it will increase by that much. For example, Fireball. Level 2 costs 75 ryo. Then Level 3 will cost 150 ryo. Level 4 225 ryo, Level 5 300 ryo. Also note the first level is free.

Jutsu Descriptions
Sorry but currently we do not know the exact ways that the different jutsus help out in battle. When we find out we will definately write it here so that everyone can see.
Academy Level Jutsu:
Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster, but it can only serve as a decoy. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Bunshin no Jutsu created clones can't attack, since they don't have physical mass. As a result, if they are touched by the attacker they just disappear. Although this technique may seem useless, if used correctly it can create an almost flawless imitation of the ninja, while the real person hides in the environment waiting for a chance to strike.
Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other Ninjutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.
Kawarimi no Jutsu [Replacement Technique]
The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other attacks to create massive damage. For example, a simple combination here: The attacked ninja can use Kawarimi no Jutsu to evade, say, an incoming shuriken, and without waiting quickly move behind the opponent and attack with a kunai.
Genin Level Jutsu:
Chidori [Lightning Edge]
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja using it grabs their wrist, and then collects enough chakra into their hand that it becomes visible to mere human eyes. With enough chakra collected into one focal point, that point becomes powerful enough to destroy an entire cliff side, and would easily decimate even a powerful opponent. The sound produced by focusing so much chakra sounds like a flock of birds, which is where it gets the name Chidori. Later, Gai explains to everyone that Kakashi used this attack to cut a bolt of lightning in half, which is where it gets the nickname Raikiri. This is an assassination jutsu intended to be a swift and powerful finishing blow. The ninja's body must be tempered to attack at such speeds while focusing that much chakra into one point. Also, they must have a good eye to counter their opponent, as this technique is a head-on attack. That is why the only two known masters of this technique both have the Sharingan.
