Reporting Bugs
If at any time during gameplay you happen to run into any type of bug it is highly suggested that you report the bug as soon as possible so that the staff can work to fix the problem. Please check the forums also for any answers and maybe a solution to your problem in the meantime. However Do NOT Report the following-
1. "your battle could not be found in the database, reset or contact an administrator" in this case, just use the repair query.
2. "Not Possible.. This may be caused by the fact that your character is experiencing a bug. The only solution is to reset your character ", use the repair query on your profile page. No Arguments, Deal with what you lost.
3. The dealer / Nurse thing, it's not a bug.
4. I cant post in the tavern/ANBU !!one!!!eleven!!!!onethousand,onehundred, and eleven (you have been tavern banned, deal with it, you most likely deserved it since you were)
5. Only report battle SQL errors if you can provide detailed information on how / when it occured. In all other instances, just use the repair query.
6. Errors containing: "failed to open stream", this means Terr is uploading files, it will resolve itself shortly.
7. It says "Entry invalid. Please try again". Simply make sure you are using the RIGHT password and account. Otherwise check your email. If that all fails, go to the "Protocol On Passwords" In the forums, Any TheNinja-RPG related subforum.
8. Something is going wrong. Stuff is dissappearing or it's really lagging.(Obviously they probably disabled it or such. As for the lag, if you lag, most likely they lag, they can't exactly fix everything.
